Actor 1: Artists

There are over 1500 artists working on Pakje Kunst nationally.

Actions: The artists make artworks that fit inside a Pakje Kunst. They bring them to the collector {4} of their Pakje Kunst-place. They receive money for the artworks they have made and make arrangements with the collector {4} about contracts, payment and time of exchange.

Position: The artists are dependent on the collectors {4} and coordinators {5} for rules about size, price, place and time, but still have freedom in what they depict and create for inside the Pakje.

Information about: The artists have information about the size the artwork should be, what the price of the Pakje Kunst is and how much they receive, where the machine is of their ‘place’ {3}  and who the collector {4} of their ‘place’ is. They do not have information about who coordinates {5} Pakje Kunst nationally and what kind of arrangements are made higher up.

Control Over: The artists have control over the artwork that goes into a Pakje Kunst; what is depicted, their biography that is attached to it and their attached (brand) name. 

Net Costs and Benefits: The artists receive 3 euros per Pakje Kunst, as well as name awareness and possibly a network of other artists {1} that make art for Pakje Kunst as well.
