Actor 5: National Coordinator

The National Coordinator(s) of Pakje Kunst is/are the one overlooking Pakje Kunst nationally. Since the organization has to be looked over by someone, the existence of the National Coordinator is still an assumption, there has been yet no clearance to whether they actually exist. They could also be at the same time a Collector {4} for instance.

Actions: The National Coordinator probably makes arrangements with the Collectors {4} and with the Places {3}, they would also decide what new Places {3} can join Pakje Kunst.

Position: The National Coordinator is in charge of the Collectors {4}, the Places {3} and how they are coordinated. They could perhaps also work on subsidies, a economical overview or legality of Pakje Kunst.

Information About: They probably have a lot of economical and business-information, but probably not that much about who the artists {1} are and what they make.

Control Over: The Collectors thus have not so much control over what artworks are put into Pakjes Kunst, but they do have control over the prices of Pakje Kunst, the size and for example where the machines come from.

Net Costs and Benefits: Per Pakje Kunst 0,50 euro goes to 'Pakje Kunst', which could mean this amount goes to the National Coordinator, but we are still not sure.
