Actor 4: Collectors

Collectors of Pakje Kunst are the people that coordinate between the artists {1} and the place {3}.

Actions: The Collectors make arrangements with both the national coordinator {5}, with the artists {1} and with the place {3}. They are the people in between that make connections and make sure everyone knows where and when to be. 

Position: The Collectors are in charge of one (or sometimes more) place of Pakje Kunst and thus of the organization around the machine, artists {1} and host place(s) {3}. They have more power over Pakje Kunst than the artists {1}, but less than the national coordinator {5}. They often will not meet the audience {2}.

Information About: The Collectors have information about what artists {1} can join Pakje Kunst, whether the artworks are qualitative good enough, who the national coordinator is {5}, the size of Pakje Kunst, the price, where the machine is and how to open it, where and when they will meet the artists {1} and who is in charge of the place {3}. They overall have the most information.

Control Over: The Collectors also have a lot of control. Over where and when they will meet the artists {1} and their work, how they pay them, they can decide whether the art is good enough, they can decide how much time they put into their work as a Collector {4}, if the machines are filled or not and probably more.

Net Costs and Benefits: The Collectors earn 0,50 euro per Pakje Kunst. They put a lot of energy in coordinating between the different actors they meet. But in return they also gain contacts and get to know new people.
