Potentional Outcomes
By adding up the different Actors {1} {2} {3} {4} {5} present, there are a few potential outcomes to the project of Pakje Kunst.
1. The chain of Pakje Kunst goes according to plan: Artists {1} make art, Collectors {4} collect it and place it into the machines placed at the Places {3} and Audiences {2} or buyers buy them.
2. Another outcome related to the one before is how the Audience / Buyers {2} react to Pakje Kunst. They may be eager to discover what is inside. When opening the Pakje Kunst the could be surprised, disappointed, excited or confused. On the website of Pakje Kunst is already a disclaimer about the artworks; not all of them are happy or peaceful, some may irritate or frustrate. What in the end the reaction will be is hard to find out. This is also why it is hard to say whether Pakje Kunst is a success or not.
3. It could also be a possibility that Audiences do not buy it, perhaps because of the incertainty of what they will find inside a Pakje. These people are not yet in the system as Actors, they seem to fall out of it. These people are the majority of people walking past a Pakje Kunst machine.
Things that are not yet clear are:
- Who is (or are) the national coordinator(s), what is their role and how do they operate and make decisions?
- How did this system came to be?
- Could there be resistance coming from (one of) the actors and why?
- Are the different values exchanged leveled equally or is there one actor that gives more than it receives? / What do the different actors think of their role in this system?
